Shipwatch
provides a wide range of accommodations both on the Gulf and Old
River.
The Gulf side
condominiums front on the white sand beaches of Perdido Key and the
constant rolling surf of the Gulf of Mexico. Each of the four
Shipwatch Gulfside buildings face the beach squarely to provide an
unobstructed view of the water from their balcony.
Plenty of close in parking is provided for guests and a Gulfside pool and
clubhouse are available. Accommodations are two or three bedroom,
individually furnished units complete with all of the comforts of
home. Gulfside guests are welcome to use the Riverside facilities
(located approximately 150 yards from the Gulfside). The
Riverside facilities include a large swimming pool, health spa, sauna,
Jacuzzi, tennis courts, shuffle board, boat launch, boat/ trailer parking,
and clubhouse.
The Riverside
rentals are the favorites of many repeat visitors. All units in the
ten story high-rise face the Old River, gateway to the Gulf through
Perdido Pass. The river is perfect for boating, water skiing,
sailing, swimming, and jet skiing. A new boat ramp provides
facilities for boat launching and there is trailer parking and wash-up
available. A limited number of slips are available for use by
residents and guests free. The upper level units all offer
spectacular views overlooking both the Gulf from one side and from
the other side, Ono Island, Perdido Pass, Perdido Bay, the Intracoastal
waterway, and Old River.
